In the village of Wantage this site comprised of 82 units and involved traditional foundations and infrastructure.

Transforming an old industrial estate. We came in post demolition, carried out soil remediation across all plots and laid the permeable access roads and site infrastructure.

Situated on the outskirts of Rainham. Using traditional foundations and infrastructure.
Two blocks of apartments
Two apartment blocks on sloping grounds with retaining walls and exposed facework. All services placed at the early stage to enable a quick finish at the end of construction. Adjacent to railway line with strict risk assessments and method statements. Finished up to DPC ahead of time.
Flats and basement carpark
This development included a deep basement excavation between contiguous piles, the unique RC basement also included for over 100 parking spaces. The scheme comprises of two apartment blocks to provide much needed residential properties in a mainly commercial area.
