Managing Director
Stephen has worked in the Groundworks business for over 35 years. He has a wide knowledge of all aspects of this industry and brings a wealth of experience to the table
Lorraine
Chief Operating Officer
Lorraine has served as Chief Operating Officer since co-establishing the business in 2011, she brings with her over three decades of managerial and leadership experience. Lorraine is a strategic leader with a track record of improving organisational efficiency and identifying opportunities of growth.
Elise
Director
Elise joined us after university where she gained a degree in accounting and finance. She has since worked her way up the accounts department and now manages the accounts team out of the new office in Leeds. Elise has recently become a Directors and is aiming to complete her professional studies to become chartered.

Wayne is Head of Commercial for the company.
Patrick
Quantity Surveyor
Patrick joined Mostrim Groundworks as a Quantity Surveyor in 2025 and has experience managing groundwork and demolition projects in Central London and the surrounding Home Counties.
Colm
Senior Quantity Surveyor
Colm has been working for us since 2017. He began his journey working 50% of his time on-site and 50% working in the office. Now Colm is based solely in the office as a Quantity Surveyor bringing significant value to the team.
Caitlan
Assistant Buyer
Caitlan began her career in the construction industry right after finishing school. She worked for a builders’ merchant for four years, gaining extensive knowledge about construction products. With her expertise, she progressed to the role of procurement administrator and is now working as our assistant buyer and has completed her Level 3 NVQ.
Peter
Quantity Surveyor
Peter started working for us in 2014 and has a lot of experience in the Groundworks Industry. He is currently working towards being a Chartered Quantity Surveyor at East Surrey College.

HR Business Manager
Ellie organises the training for our sites and office staff. She has previous experience running and organising small businesses – utilising her knowledge and experience she helped us obtain IIP Silver Accreditation, IIP Employer of the Year, and The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024.
Nicole
Operations Administrator
Nicole started with us in 2022 as a Purchase Ledger Clerk, she was quickly recognised for her strong organisational skills and support with health and safety. Building on this, she has recently transitioned into a new role, supporting both Customer Care and Health & Safety Administration.
Seb
Plant Co-Ordinator
Looking for a career change, Seb joined Mostrim Groundworks Ltd at the start of 2024 to manage our fleet of vehicles, he has since moved over to look after our Plant Hires.
Danielle
Executive Assistant
Danielle provides comprehensive support to senior management and various departments within Mostrim Groundworks and Mostrim Plant. Helping the office run smoothly.
Ella
Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk
After travelling South East Asia and Australia for five months, Ella has made a great addition to our new Leeds premises where she will be pursuing a career in accounts.

Purchase Ledger Clerk
Looking for a career change, Lauren recently joined our new Accounts office in Leeds as a Purchase Ledger Clerk. She ensures all transactions are processed in an accurate and timely manner and is a great addition to the team.

Professional Development
We know the importance of investing in individuals training needs. Which is we pride ourselves in supporting our employees personal and professional development, helping them have confidence and enthusiasm for daily tasks and long-term goals. Weβve also recently started our IIP accreditation journey.
We work with all nationalities e.g. we have access to a Romanian translator and can provide documents in Romanian to assist with understanding the whole job from point of joining on day 1 through to training and understanding of Toolbox Talks.
