Wokingham – brown field site

Two apartment blocks on sloping grounds with retaining walls and exposed facework. All services placed at the early stage to enable a quick finish at the end of construction. Adjacent to railway line with strict risk assessments and method statements. Finished up to DPC ahead of time.
This development included a deep basement excavation between contiguous piles, the unique RC basement also included for over 100 parking spaces. The scheme comprises of two apartment blocks to provide much needed residential properties in a mainly commercial area.
Farnborough – brown field site

Houses and Apartments, using podium slab with under croft parking. Transforming an industrial estate to a green suburban estate.
Long Wittenham – Green Field Site

A scheme consisting of luxury houses and apartments. The site had a very high water table, we overcame extremely difficult conditions with dewatering and efficient site management.
Sutton Courtenay – brown field site

Engineered for no spoil to leave site and contaminated ground to be capped and sealed. Piled and consisted of raft foundations – enabling construction to move along at a fast pace.
Worplesdon – green field site

Mix of piled and traditional foundations with the help of attenuation tank and balancing garland to control storm water.
Ewell – green field site
Scotts Farm Road, Ewell, KT19 9NL
Piled and traditional foundation. 5.5 metre deep sewer connection along 150 metre of main road outside the site. Several balancing ponds were installed to control storm water. We also installed a 300 m long footpath to help service the local community and neighbouring school.
Thakeham – green field site

Across a sloping field traditional foundations and infrastructure. A corner of this site had a scattering of asbestos which we dealt with and disposed of under a watching brief with specialist PPE.
West Malling – green field site
