Two apartment blocks on sloping grounds with retaining walls and exposed facework. All services placed at the early stage to enable a quick finish at the end of construction. Adjacent to railway line with strict risk assessments and method statements. Finished up to DPC ahead of time.

This development included a deep basement excavation between contiguous piles, the unique RC basement also included for over 100 parking spaces. The scheme comprises of two apartment blocks to provide much needed residential properties in a mainly commercial area.

Piled and traditional foundation. 5.5 metre deep sewer connection along 150 metre of main road outside the site. Several balancing ponds were installed to control storm water. We also installed a 300 m long footpath to help service the local community and neighbouring school.
